The Art of Alphonse Mucha

Continuing on with that discussion on the "Relax" project, here's a painting by Alphonse Mucha.

Two examples of ambigrams (in this case words).  The asymmetrical ambigram reads as a different word depending on the orientation (death / life).  The Angels and Demons one is an example of a symmetrical ambigram (reads the same upside down or right side up).

Here's a link to a really cheesy ambigram generator.  It only works by 676 having unique letterforms, it's not exactly what you'd call a "custom job."
